Dada la realidad de nuestro entorno, el centro ha dise\u00f1ado una oferta educativa centrada en la <strong>atenci\u00f3n a la diversidad cultural y social<\/strong> de nuestro alumnado.<\/p>\n<p>Con el objetivo de ofrecer una educaci\u00f3n equitativa y de calidad, la instituci\u00f3n participa activamente en los siguientes programas y planes estrat\u00e9gicos, que constituyen la base de nuestra proyecci\u00f3n europea:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M\u00e1s Equidad:<\/strong> Para la compensaci\u00f3n de desigualdades socioecon\u00f3micas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>PROA+:<\/strong> Acompa\u00f1amiento y orientaci\u00f3n para el \u00e9xito educativo de nuestro alumnado.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ecoescuela:<\/strong> Fomento de la conciencia ambiental y sostenibilidad, alineado con las prioridades verdes de Erasmus+.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Transformaci\u00f3n Digital:<\/strong> Impulso de las competencias tecnol\u00f3gicas en todas nuestras etapas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Patrimonio Cultural y Social:<\/strong> Refuerzo de la identidad y la integraci\u00f3n mediante el conocimiento del entorno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La participaci\u00f3n en el programa Erasmus+ es el paso l\u00f3gico para escalar estos proyectos a una dimensi\u00f3n internacional, adem\u00e1s de ser un pilar fundamental de nuestra estrategia de modernizaci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1ada para romper barreras socioecon\u00f3micas y ofrecer a nuestro alumnado (procedente en gran medida de entornos desfavorecidos y de etnia gitana) una ventana de oportunidad europea que rompa el ciclo de exclusi\u00f3n y que de otro modo ser\u00eda inaccesible.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objetivos clave:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inclusi\u00f3n y Diversidad:<\/strong> Garantizar que el alumnado con menos oportunidades, incluidos aquellos en <strong>Aulas Espec\u00edficas de Educaci\u00f3n Especial (AEEE)<\/strong> y familias demandantes de ayuda social, tengan acceso prioritario y apoyo personalizado para participar en movilidades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sinergia con el \u00e9xito escolar:<\/strong> Utilizar la movilidad como una herramienta del programa <strong>PROA+<\/strong> para reducir el abandono escolar y aumentar la motivaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Mejora de la Empleabilidad en sectores estrat\u00e9gicos:<strong> Potenciar las competencias profesionales del alumnado de FP en \u00e1reas de alta demanda como <\/strong>Sanidad<strong> (Audiolog\u00eda Prot\u00e9sica e Higiene Bucodental), <\/strong>Inform\u00e1tica<strong> (Administraci\u00f3n de Sistemas Inform\u00e1ticos y en Red, Desarrollo de aplicaciones Multiplataforma y Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Web) y la especializaci\u00f3n en <\/strong>Inteligencia Artificial y Big Data<strong>, conect\u00e1ndolos con el mercado laboral europeo.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Internacionalizaci\u00f3n del Curr\u00edculo:<strong> Integrar dimensiones europeas en la ESO y el Bachillerato para fomentar la ciudadan\u00eda activa y el sentimiento de pertenencia a la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Desarrollo Profesional del Personal: Fomentar la movilidad del profesorado para la observaci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas en inclusi\u00f3n educativa y tecnolog\u00edas 4.0, aplicables en nuestras aulas ATECA y de emprendimiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Impacto esperado:<\/strong> Prevemos una transformaci\u00f3n institucional que convierta al centro en un motor de cambio para el barrio, aumentando la motivaci\u00f3n del alumnado, reduciendo el abandono escolar temprano y mejorando la percepci\u00f3n social de nuestra comunidad educativa<\/p>\n<h4>2. Indicadores de logro<\/h4>\n<p>Para medir el \u00e9xito de nuestra estrategia, establecemos los siguientes indicadores:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Movilidad Inclusiva:<\/strong> Al menos un <strong>30% de los participantes<\/strong> en movilidades pertenecer\u00e1n a grupos vulnerables o con necesidades especiales (FBO\/AEEE).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Digitalizaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Implementaci\u00f3n total de <strong>Erasmus Without Paper (EWP)<\/strong> y uso generalizado de la <strong>Erasmus+ App<\/strong> entre el alumnado de Grado Superior antes del segundo a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reconocimiento:<\/strong> Lograr el <strong>100% de reconocimiento autom\u00e1tico<\/strong> de los cr\u00e9ditos ECTS y resultados de aprendizaje mediante el Europass y los acuerdos de aprendizaje.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sostenibilidad:<\/strong> Asegurar que el <strong>20% de las movilidades<\/strong> incorporen pr\u00e1cticas de \u00abviaje ecol\u00f3gico\u00bb o formaci\u00f3n en competencias verdes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Impacto en el Entorno:<\/strong> Aumento del 20% en las tasas de continuidad en estudios superiores tras participar en experiencias internacionales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3. Implementaci\u00f3n de los principios de la Carta ECHE<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>No discriminaci\u00f3n y Transparencia:<strong> Los procesos de selecci\u00f3n ser\u00e1n p\u00fablicos, basados en criterios objetivos y transparentes, garantizando la equidad para todo el alumnado, independientemente de su origen \u00e9tnico o situaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Apoyo ling\u00fc\u00edstico y cultural:<\/strong> Proporcionaremos talleres de preparaci\u00f3n intercultural y acceso a la plataforma <strong>OLS<\/strong>, adaptando los materiales a las necesidades del alumnado de Formaci\u00f3n B\u00e1sica y Ciclos de Grado Medio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Digitalizaci\u00f3n y Medio Ambiente:<\/strong> Aprovecharemos nuestras aulas tecnol\u00f3gicas y la plataforma <strong>Moodle Centros<\/strong> para reducir el uso de papel y fomentar la gesti\u00f3n digital de las movilidades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Participaci\u00f3n C\u00edvica:<\/strong> Fomentaremos que nuestro alumnado saliente act\u00fae como \u00abEmbajadores Erasmus\u00bb en el barrio, compartiendo su experiencia para motivar a otros j\u00f3venes de la zona ERACIS a seguir itinerarios formativos superiores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><em>Esta declaraci\u00f3n se alinea con la estrategia de centro y el certificado ECHE aprobado, reafirmando nuestro compromiso con la internacionalizaci\u00f3n inclusiva.<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>ERASMUS POLICY STATEMENT (EPS)<\/h3>\n<h4>1. Strategy, Objectives, and Impact<\/h4>\n<p>Our educational institution, <strong>IES Oretania<\/strong>, is located in the Arrayanes neighborhood (Linares), an area designated under the <strong>Andalusian Regional Strategy for Social Cohesion and Inclusion (ERACIS)<\/strong>. It is defined by an unwavering commitment to social inclusion and equal opportunities. Given the reality of our environment, the center has designed an educational offer focused on addressing the cultural and social diversity of our students.<\/p>\n<p>With the aim of providing equitable and high-quality education, the institution actively participates in the following strategic programs and plans, which form the basis of our European projection:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M\u00e1s Equidad (More Equity):<\/strong> To compensate for socio-economic inequalities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>PROA+:<\/strong> Support and guidance for the educational success of our students.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ecoescuela (Eco-School):<\/strong> Promoting environmental awareness and sustainability, aligned with Erasmus+ green priorities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Digital Transformation:<\/strong> Boosting technological skills across all educational stages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cultural and Social Heritage:<\/strong> Strengthening identity and integration through knowledge of the local environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participation in the Erasmus+ program is the logical step to scale these projects to an international dimension. Furthermore, it is a fundamental pillar of our modernization strategy, designed to break down socio-economic barriers and offer our students (largely from disadvantaged backgrounds and of Roma ethnicity) a European window of opportunity to break the cycle of exclusion that would otherwise be inaccessible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Objectives:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inclusion and Diversity:<\/strong> To ensure that students with fewer opportunities, including those in <strong>Special Education Specific Classrooms (AEEE)<\/strong> and families seeking social assistance, have priority access and personalized support to participate in mobility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Synergy with School Success:<\/strong> To use mobility as a tool of the PROA+ program to reduce school dropout rates and increase motivation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Improving Employability in Strategic Sectors:<\/strong> To enhance the professional skills of VET (Vocational Education and Training) students in high-demand areas such as <strong>Healthcare<\/strong> (Prosthetic Audiology and Dental Hygiene), <strong>IT<\/strong> (Network Computer Systems Administration, Multi-platform Applications Development, and Web Applications Development), and the specialization in <strong>Artificial Intelligence and Big Data<\/strong>, connecting them with the European labor market.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Internationalization of the Curriculum:<\/strong> To integrate European dimensions into Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) and Baccalaureate to foster active citizenship and a sense of belonging to the European Union.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Staff Professional Development:<\/strong> To encourage staff mobility for job shadowing and training in best practices for educational inclusion and Technologies 4.0, applicable in our <strong>ATECA<\/strong> (Applied Technology Classrooms) and entrepreneurship classrooms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expected Impact:<\/strong> We anticipate an institutional transformation that turns the center into a driver of change for the neighborhood, increasing student motivation, reducing early school leaving, and improving the social perception of our educational community.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Indicators of Achievement<\/h4>\n<p>To measure the success of our strategy, we have established the following indicators:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Inclusive Mobility:<\/strong> At least 30% of mobility participants will belong to vulnerable groups or have special needs (FBO\/AEEE).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Digitalization:<\/strong> Full implementation of <strong>Erasmus Without Paper (EWP)<\/strong> and widespread use of the <strong>Erasmus+ App<\/strong> among Higher VET students before the second year.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Recognition:<\/strong> Achieving 100% automatic recognition of ECTS credits and learning outcomes through <strong>Europass<\/strong> and Learning Agreements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sustainability:<\/strong> Ensuring that 20% of mobilities incorporate \u00abgreen travel\u00bb practices or training in green skills.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Environmental Impact:<\/strong> A 20% increase in the rates of students continuing into higher education after participating in international experiences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3.
